流速对细鳞裂腹鱼血液学指标的影响研究

Influence of Water Velocity on Hematology Indices of Schizothorax chongi

[目的]研究水流速度对细鳞裂腹鱼(Schizothorax chongi)血液学指标的影响。[方法]比较了急流(4.2～5.0 m/s)和缓流(0.08～0.11 m/s)条件下,生长的细鳞裂腹鱼血液中红细胞数(RBC)、白细胞数(WBC)等血液主要生化指标的变化。[结果]在急流与缓流条件下细鳞裂腹鱼血液的RBC和WBC没有显著差异(P>0.05),急流组血红蛋白含量显著高于缓流组(P<0.01)。缓流组细鳞裂腹鱼的总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖等指标显著或极显著高于急流组,而缓流组的谷草转氨酶活性和谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于急流组(P<0.01)。[结论]急流条件下细鳞裂腹鱼的营养水平明显低于缓流条件,急流条件可能导致细鳞裂腹鱼心脏和肝组织损伤。

[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of water velocity on the hematology indices of Schizothorax chongi.[Method] At different water velocities（4.2-5.0 m/s and 0.08-0.11 m/s）,the present study menstruated the number of Red blood cell（RBC）,white blood cell（WBC） of Schizothorax chongi and the activities of Alanine Aaminotransferase（ALT） and Aspartese Tranasaminasae（AST） and the content of Total Protein（TP）,Globulin（GLO）,Albumin（ALB）,Total Cholesterol（TC）,Triglyceride（TG） and Blood Sugar（BG） in serum of S.chongi.[Result] It was shown that in trial water velocity,the number of RBC and WBC of S.chongi had unremarkable changes（P〉0.05）,while the content of TP,GLO,ALB,TC,TG and BG of S.chongi in lower water velocity were higher than those of higher water velocity（P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.The activities of ALT and AST and the content of hemoglobin in serum of S.chongi increased with water velocity rising（p 〈0.01）.[Conclusion] The changes in blood biochemical parameters indicated that the trophic level of S.chongi in lower water velocity was better than that of high water velocity and the heart or liver of the fish lived in higher water velocity has been harmed to a certain extent.
