摘要
从法治方面对农地征收补偿制度中的农民权益保护问题进行了梳理,表明被征地农民的权益受到损害,我国现行农村土地征收法治存在缺憾,并提出了完善农地征收补偿制度及加强农民权益保护的对策建议。
The problem of farmers＇ right protection in land acquisition compensation system was studied from aspect of law control.It indicated that many of the farmers＇ legal rights are violated,and there are many drawbacks in current land acquisition law.Moreover,improving land acquisition compensation system and countermeasures for strengthening farmers＇ right protection were put forward.
