With an immense increase in research, and with development, and application of object orien ted technology over the past decade, OOS (Object Oriented Simulation) has become a new hot point of modern simulation model with OO method, especially in harbor transportation management. With the tool of Fourth Languages, the paper develops a test OOS environment so as to simulate a harbor transportation model.
