果农视角下的果业信息需求和服务开展的调查研究

An Investigation and Study on Information Needs and Service of Fruit Industry from the Perspective of Fruit Farmers

通过调查果农对果业信息需求的情况及对果业信息服务的体会,分析目前果业信息供需的情况及存在问题:果农最需要种植技术信息和市场信息,不关心储藏保鲜、产品质量检疫等方面信息;果农对种植技术和销售信息的获取以"亲戚或朋友或村民"传播为主;农业部门和相关组织在果农信息需求满足中没有发挥应有的作用;果农的信息能力是影响其获得种植技术和市场信息的重要因素;果农不了解农业信息网,对网络果业信息利用率低,希望得到相关培训以提高利用能力。最后,为更好地开展果业信息服务工作及满足果农的信息需求提出了几点建议。

Through investigation on information needed for fruit industry and the experience of fruit industry information service,the current situation and existed problems in the supply and needs of fruit industry information were expounded.The farmers needed the technology information and market information mostly,and they didn＇t care about information such as storage,preservation,product quality and quarantine;Fruit growers obtained cultivation technology and marketing information mainly from their relatives,friends or villagers;Agricultural departments and relevant organizations didn＇t play their roles in satisfying the information needs of fruit farmers;The information ability of farmers was the important factor on getting cultivation technology and marketing information;Fruit farmers didn＇t understand agriculture information network,and there was low utilization rate of online fruit industry information,so they hoped to receive relevant training to improve their information acquisition ability.In the end,some suggestions on how to satisfy fruit framers＇ information needs were put forward so as to better carry out fruit industry information service.
