我国后义务教育阶段农村中职教育发展模式 被引量:2

The Rural Vocational Education Development Model during China's Post-compulsory Education Stage

摘要 从招生、教育、就业3个方面分析了农村中职教育处于困境的原因。提出在后义务教育阶段,中职教育应该被纳入义务教育的范畴。在招生上实行义务化、劝学式以及灵活招生的模式;在教育上实行国家、学校、企业三方联合的模式;在就业上建立中职学校和职业中介一体化模式、中职和高校联合的升学模式。形成农村中职教育"招生-教育-就业"一体化的办学发展模式。 At present,vocational education in rural areas is still in a pickle,this article analyzed the reasons from the three aspects such as enrollment,education and employment.And put forward that in the post-compulsory education,vocational education should be included in the scope of compulsory education.In enrollment patterns,legal admissions,advised school enrollment,flexible enrollment should be implemented;in education,market-oriented mode should be implemented;in employment,intermediate vocational schools and vocational integration model and further education model should be established.The vocational education in rural areas,"enrollment-education-employment" through the school development was formed.
