通过实地调研创业服务中心在新疆阜康、乌苏、伊宁3个县(市)的试点筹建情况,详细了解了科技特派员创业服务中心的运行机制和工作职能,指出了创业服务中心在运行过程中的困难和障碍,并对进一步完善创业服务中心提出了相关政策建议。

Through field investigation on the experimental preparation of TTF innovation service centers in Fukang,Wusu and Yining,the mechanisms and functions of the TTF innovation service center were expounded in detail.The difficulties and obstacles in carrying out the operation in the innovation service center were pointed out.Relevant recommendations on the optimization of innovation service center were put forward.
