摘要
针对复合材料板圆形开孔应力集中问题,采用正交各向异性板应力集中解析公式与有限元分析技术对复合材料层合板孔边应变集中进行了理论计算与数值模拟,分析了开孔尺寸对孔边应变集中的影响。采用Hashin失效准则及材料渐进退化模型,编写ABAQUS场变量用户子程序(US-DFLD),对复合材料开孔板进行了强度计算及试验结果对比,研究了不同孔径大小、不同铺层比例对复合材料板强度的影响规律。
The theory of stress concentrations around circular hole in orthotropic plate was applied to composite laminates to estimate the strain concentrations.By comparing the analytical results and finite element analysis results,the opening-sizes influences on strain concentrations of composite laminates were researched.Based on this method,the effects of opening-sizes on strain concentrations in composite laminates were found.Moreover,the user subroutine,User Defined Field(USDFLD),was programmed to simulate the progressive damage of composite laminates with circular cutouts under the Hashin failure criterion,and the influences of different ply sequences and hole-sizes on the ultimate strength were found.
