摘要
为实现在机械产品模型设计中的无视觉差别的比例调整,进行了基于韦伯定律的视觉认知实验,测量人对几何形态比例辨认的差异阈。通过ANOVA(analysis of variance)对结构件视觉认知实验数据进行分析,得出对比例知觉差异阈有显著影响的控制变量。根据实验数据和回归分析,建立了比例知觉差异阈的韦伯系数计算公式,并通过某型油罐车模型的设计、制造过程,验证了该公式及设计方法的可行性和有效性。
To achieve the proportion adjustments of machine model without visual difference,we conducted visual perception experiments based on the Weber′s law and measured the difference threshold of proportion perception.The experimental data was analyzed by ANOVA(analysis of variance) and the control variables which have significant influence on difference threshold were found out.According to experimental data and regression analysis,the computing formula of Weber fraction of proportion perception was established.Finally,its feasibility and effectiveness were testified through the design process of a tanker model.
