摘要 以国内某车型的保险杠为研究对象,以高强度片状模塑料复合材料(SMC)作为轻量化材料替代原保险杠零件的高强度钢材料,运用显示有限元LS-DYNA软件对保险杠进行低速碰撞性能分析,选定SMC替换部分的保险杠最优厚度,并进一步对选定厚度的SMC保险杠进行结构优化。经碰撞仿真分析验证,新型保险杠能满足保险杠的低速碰撞标准要求,且其质量相对原高强度钢保险杠下降了29%,轻量化效果显著。 The bumper is an important part of a car body.In order to decrease vehicle energy consumption,it is necessary to carry out lightweight bumper research.With a domestic car bumper as the prototype,high-strength steel of the original bumper parts is substituted by high-strength sheet molding compound(SMC).With explicit finite element anlysis software LS-DYNA,the optimal thickness of SMC bumper parts is selected after bumper performance analysis of low-speed collision.Then the structure of the SMC bumper with selected thickness is optimized.The results of crashworthiness simulation show that the optimized new bumper satisfies the requirements of low-speed impact standard.Compared to the original high-strength steel bumper,the mass of the new one is decreased by 29% and its lightening effect is obvious.
