摘要
目的:评价空肠造瘘双向置管在高龄食管癌手术中的临床价值。方法:对31例75岁及以上高龄食管癌患者术中行空肠造瘘双向置管,术后分别行肠内营养及逆行胃肠减压。结果:31例高龄食管癌患者术后并发心房纤颤4例,肺炎6例,术后鼻出血1例。无手术死亡。结论:空肠造瘘双向置管是高龄食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持及并发症防治的有效途径。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of double direction jejunum tube placing in operation for elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods： Double direction jejunum tube placing were applied to 31 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients over 75 years old who had undergone esophagectomy. Stomach retrograde drainage and enteral nutrition suppors were given to all the 31 patients after operation. Results： There was no operation related death or severe complication happened in this group. Conclusion： Double direction jejunum tube placing is an effective method to prevent complications and can give early enteral nutritional support to elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.
