同一设计的骨水泥和非骨水泥BF全髋假体置换术后2~5年的随访结果(英文)

摘要 目的:观察同一设计的骨水泥和非骨水泥 B F全髋假体置换术后2 ~5 年的随访结果。方法:246 髋全髋术后随访2 ~5 年。骨水泥组117 髋,非骨水泥组129 髋,两组均应用同一设计的可组换 B F 全髋系统。结果:两组 Merle○d Aubigne 评分和日常行为评分优良率为89 % /95 % ,非骨水泥组稍优于骨水泥组,但无明显差异。两组均无确切的假体松动。36 髋(279 % ) 出现股骨远端皮质肥厚,均位于3 区和/ 或5 区。结论:新设计的可组换 B F 全髋系统具有良好的临床效果,尤其可根据不同的适应证施行个体化的全髋置换。 Objective:To analyses the first 2-5 years results of single designed cemented and noncemented BF prosthesis in total hip arthroplasty.Methods:In our retrospective study of 246 total hip arthroplasties with a follow up between 2-5 years,we compared the clinical and radiological results of 117 cemented and 129 noncemented stems in a new modular THR-System(BF).Both stems have a single design.Results:The clinical study showed in the Merled Aubigne Score and in our own Score of Daily Activity(SDA)in both groups excellent to good results in 89/95%,with slightly better results in the noncemented group,but with no significant difference.There was no definite loosening in either group.Cortical hypertrophy was seen in 36(27 9%)hips.All were in Zone 3 and/or Zone 5.Conclusion:Our concept of the new modular hip arthroplast(BF) with these early results is encouraging for the future,specially concerning the different indication for individual THR. keyword Hip arthroplasty Modular system Single designed cemented and noncemented femoral stemT increased. The higher diet zinc levels were, The higher serum zinc, liver zinc and MT became. The correlation analysis showed that the changes between liver zinc level and liver MT was positive relationship( r=0.85,P<0.01 ).Conclusion Serum zinc decrease, liver zinc increase after burn. This is connect with increment of MT synthesis in liver, zinc is inducer to MT. It can improve synthesis of liver MT.
