摘要
现代企业的竞争将逐步演变为基于供应链的全面竞争。传统供应链管理往往只注重供应链成本的降低或供应链流程速度的提高,而忽视供应链的全方位价值增值。要全面提升供应链价值和企业业绩,企业应该基于最终客户的需求,打造产品的速度、成本、质量与灵活性四方面的竞争性优势。为了建立这样一套全面的供应链价值管理体系,企业可以首先以使命与愿景为起点,设立一套供应链价值管理体系的具体价值目标。其次,快速反馈消费者需求变化;及时适应外部环境的变化;以及做到内部一致性,内外一致性以及价值链上各个企业利益的一致性。在流程处理上,注重优化采购、物流管理、供应链信息系统管理、关系管理等供应链关键环节。
Modern enterprises will gradually evolve into a comprehensive supply chain-based competition.Traditional supply chain management often focuses on the deduction of the process cost or the improvement of the process speed,which ignore the overall value creation.To fully enhance the value of the supply chain and company performance,companies should create competitive advantages in four areas based on the needs of end customers.To establish such supply chain value management system,companies can firstly set up the specific target of supply chain management system started by mission and vision.Secondly,companies ought to give rapid feedback on the changes in consumer demand,adapt to changes in environment,and be consistent in all areas of supply chain.From the view point of process,companies should focus on the key areas of supply chain,such as information systems、relationship、procurement and so on.
