经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱癌(附36例报告)

Transurethral resection of superficial bladder cancer (36 cases reported)

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法对36例浅表性膀胱癌患者行TURBT术,其中4例合并良性前列腺增生症(BPH)者,同时行经尿道前列腺电切术(TUR-P)。结果 36例患者膀胱肿瘤一次性切除。平均手术时间TURBT为40 min,TURBT+TUR-P为90 min。1例术中膀胱穿孔。全组无输血。术后平均留置导尿管60 h。36例均随访时间24个月,复发8例(22%)。结论 TURBt具有操作简便、损伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点。

Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy and morbidity of transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor（TURBT）.Methods TURBt was performed in 36 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma,4 of whom with concomitant BPH underwent transurethral resection of the prostate（TUR-P） simultaneously.Results The tumor was resected once for all for all the 36 cases.The mean operative time was 40 minutes in the simple TURBT group,and 90 minutes in the group undergoing both TURBT and TUR-P.Intra-operative bladder perforation occurred in 1 case.No patient needed blood transfusion.The mean duration of an indwelling urethral catheter was 60h.All patients were followed up for twenty-four months,and the recurrence rate was 22% within two years after the operation.Conclusion TURBT is characterized by its simplicity,less lesion,and faster recovery.
