赛庚啶治疗偏头痛和对血浆内β内啡肽和蛋氨酸脑啡肽的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :观察赛庚啶对偏头痛疗效及血浆 β_内啡肽和蛋氨酸脑啡肽的影响。方法 :采用前瞻性、双盲法给 10例健康志愿者和 38例偏头痛病人 (男性15例 ,女性 2 3例 ,年龄 37a±s 10a)分别服用赛庚啶 4mg ,8mg和 12mg ,bid× 12wk。于wk 4,wk8,wk 12后观察头痛日数和指数的改变 ,并测定发作期和间歇期血浆内上述 2种阿片肽。结果 :赛庚啶和安慰剂均使头痛日数和指数明显下降 ,使发作期和间歇期 2种阿片肽血浆浓度显著升高。结论 :赛庚啶可促进 β_内啡肽分泌 ,减少活性物质释放 ,促进蛋氨酸脑啡肽分泌使对疼痛的抑制增强 ,在 AIM: To observe the effects of cyproheptadine for migraine and on the concentrations of β_endorphin and methionine enkephalin in plasma. METHODS: A prospective, placebo_controlled, double_blind trial was used on 10 healthy volunteers and 38 patients (M 15, F 23;age 37 a±s 10 a) with migraine. They were given cyproheptadine 4 mg, 8 mg or 12 mg, bid, po, or placebo for 12 wk. At the beginning, after 4 wk, 8 wk and 12 wk, changes in total day and index numbers migraine attacking were recorded and the concentrations of above 2 peptides in plasma during attack and intermittent period. RESULTS: Both total days and index had marked decreased with two peptides increased after taken 3 doses of cyproheptadine and placebo. CONCLUSION: Migraine can be treated with 8 mg cyproheptadine by way of promoting secretion of β_endorphin to decrease release of active substances and methionine enkephalin to increase inhibition on migraine.
