宫颈未成熟鳞状上皮化生和高级别鳞状上皮内病变中细胞角蛋白及Ki-67的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨细胞角蛋白(CK)和增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67在鉴别宫颈未成熟鳞状上皮化生(ISM)与高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HGSIL)中的意义。方法应用免疫组化Power Vision二步法检测Ki-67和CK7、CK10/13、CK17在ISM和HGSIL中的表达情况,并以正常宫颈鳞状上皮(NSE)做对照。结果 CK7、CK17、Ki67在HGSIL的阳性表达率均明显高于ISM(P均=0.000),CK10/13在HGSIL的阳性表达率均明显低于ISM(P=0.000)。结论 CK7、CK10/13、CK17和Ki-67的联合检测有助于ISM和HGSIL的鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the value of cytokeratin and Ki-67 in cervical immature squamous metaplasia(ISM) and high-grade squamous intaepthelial lesion(HGSIL).Methods The expression of Ki-67 and CK7,CK10/13,CK17 were detected immunohistochemically in ISM and HGSIL,and the cervical normal squamous epithelium(NSE) was chosen as control.Results The expression of CK7,CK17 and Ki-67 in HGSIL were significantly higher than those in ISM(all P=0.000),the expression of CK10/13 in HGSIL was significantly lower than that in ISM(P=0.000).Conclusion Co-detection of CK7,CK10/13,CK17 and Ki-67 is helpful for the differential diagnosis of ISM and HGSIL.
