摘要
本文以国产分析纯石英为例,通过对样品的处理方法、测量仪器的参数优化以及影响石英前剂量热释光强度的主要因素进行研究,建立了一套完整的石英前剂量110℃峰热释光信号测量方法。本文的实验结果与文献值吻合较好,表明本方法在现有研究条件下是可行的。
To build a method of quartz pre-dose thermoluminescence measurement at 110 ℃,the domestic quartz was taken as a sample,and its disposal,instrument parameters optimization and the main factors on quartz pre-dose thermoluminescence intensity were studied.A complete method of quartz pre-dose thermoluminescence was built.Comparing with the value in literature,their coincidence is good,and this proves that the method is feasible in the current conditions.
