摘要
根据迷宫压缩机活塞杆实际工作时的受力特点,建立了活塞杆力学简化模型,在振动理论的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对活塞杆作了振动模态和谐响应分析,指出相关参数对活塞杆振动的影响,为迷宫压缩机活塞杆的优化设计提供有益参考。
A simplified mechanical model of piston rod was set up according to working characteristics of the rod used in labyrinth compressor.And on the basis of vibration theory,both modal analysis and harmonic analysis of the piston rod were done by the software ANSYS,from which,the influences of some factors on the rod vibration were pointed out.And all of these will give some useful help to the optimum design of piston rod in labyrinth compressor.
