益智聪慧针刺法对6岁以下精神发育迟滞儿童的影响 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察益智聪慧针刺法对6岁以下精神发育迟滞(MR)儿童智商的影响,并评价其疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的142例MR患儿随机分为益智聪慧针刺组(针刺组)79例和脑复康胶囊组(对照组)63例,其中针刺组资料完整的72例,对照组资料完整的50例。以90 d为观察周期,比较2组的综合疗效,评价对MR患儿智商的影响。结果针刺组总有效率为86.11%,对照组为32.00%,2组比较差异具有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论益智聪慧针刺法可以显著改善MR患儿的智商,具有较好的临床疗效。
