顶小穗双粒突变体TS的遗传和品质研究

摘要 对突变体TS和正常籼稻G2480B的品质进行分析,考察其蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量、垩白度等指标及指标间的相关性,结果表明:与正常籼稻G2480B相比,TS谷粒粒型变长,长宽比变大,谷粒长宽比达到国标优质稻米1级;直链淀粉含量达到国标优质稻米1级;其垩白粒率和垩白度均低于国标优质稻米3级。 Top-spikelet-two-grain mutant(TS) of rice had two grains on top spikelet,which was very important mutant type in studying on spikelet development.Morphogenesis of top meristem of TS and wild-type were observed.The results showed that there was difference in the second branch primordium differentiation stage.Genetic analysis of the TS showed that the mutant trait was controlled by a single recessive gene.Analysis on the quality of mutant TS and G2480B,such as protein content,amylase content,chalkiness and correlation of the traits showed the shape of TS became longer and grain length-width ratio became larger,compared with G2480B.Length-width ratio and amylase content achieved the national standard quality rice gradeⅠ.Chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were lower than that of the national standard quality rice grade Ⅲ.
