摘要
根据四川茶区茶树种质资源开发与利用现状,将四川茶区33个地方茶树资源和19个引进茶树品种作为供试材料,取其春梢1芽2叶蒸青固样,进行水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、儿茶素总量、酯型儿茶素总量、简单儿茶素总量等生化成分分析,以期为优质茶树种质资源的筛选以及四川茶区名优茶发展提供一定的依据。结果表明,供试的52个茶树资源均具有高水浸出物(>45%)特性;天府28号具有高氨基酸(>4%)特性;N-2、N-4、N-5具有高表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(>10%)特性。
Biochemical components including water extracts,polyphends,amino acids,caffeine and catechins in the one bud and two leaves of of 52 tea materials from Sichuan(33) and other provinces(19) in spring shoots were analyzed.The results showed that all of the materials had the character of high content of water extracts(45 %);Tianfu28 have the character of high content of amino acids(4 %)N-2,N-4 and N-5 had the character of high content of epigallate catechin gallate(10 %).
