甘蔗部分生产性亲本的育种潜力分析

Research on Breeding Potential of Partial Productive Parents in Sugarcane

以品种型亲本、云瑞系列创新亲本和常用引进亲本选配35个生产性组合的有性世代为研究材料,分析母本、父本及组合的遗传效应。结果表明,母本、父本及其不同组合后代的主要性状均表现极显著差异,平均遗传力表现为组合(88.2%)>母本(80.3%)>父本(74.0%);德蔗93-88、云瑞05-189、云瑞05-344、CP84-1198、HOCP93-750、桂糖96-211、云瑞03-11、粤糖00-236、湛蔗92-126、桂糖92-66和云瑞03-72等做母本,科5、云蔗94-343、云瑞03-78、云瑞05-458、Q121和崖城71-374等做父本,后代糖、蔗产量或锤度一般配合力强,可分别作为高产、高糖亲本加以利用;CP84-1198×科5、德蔗93-88×云蔗94-343、云瑞05-189×云瑞03-78和云瑞05-344×云瑞05-458等11个组合糖产量的总配合力均为正效应,可作为杂交育种的优良组合利用。云瑞05-189、云瑞05-344、云瑞03-11、云瑞03-72、云瑞03-78和云瑞05-458等材料糖产量、蔗茎产量的一般配合力为正效应,具备了作为生产性亲本利用的潜力。

Thirty-five combinations were selected among variety series,Yunrui innovation series and exotic commonly used parents,and heredity effects of the main traits of sexual generation of the creation parents were studied in this paper.The results indicated that effects on offspring by male,female and combination were significantly different.The contribution sequence of broad-sense heritability on offspring was combination（88.2 %）female（80.3 %）male（74.0 %）.Among the creation parents,following clones with high general combining ability（GCA）,Dezhe93-88,Yunrui05-189,Yunrui05-344,CP84-1198,HOCP93-750,Guitang96-211,Yunrui03-11,Yuetang00-236,Zhanzhe92-126,Guitang92-66,Yunrui03-72 could be excellent female parents Ke5,Yunzhe94-343,Yunrui03-78,Yunrui05-458,Q121 and Yacheng71-374 could be excellent male parents,offspring generated from above mentioned parents respectively could be expected to be of fine performances.And the ones from combinations CP84-1198×Ke5,Dezhe93-88×Yunzhe94-343,Yunrui05-189×Yunrui03-78,Yunrui05-344×Yunrui05-458 couldbe expected to be of excellent combination with high total combining ability（TCA）.Yunrui05-189,Yunrui03-11,Yunrui03-72,Yunrui03-78,Yunrui05-458 had the potential to be productive parents with general combining ability（GCA） of high sugar yield and cane yield.
