烤烟生物碱含量的杂种优势、亲子相关及与感官质量的关系分析 被引量:4

摘要 在对14个烤烟亲本及其F1代组合生物碱含量测定的基础上,研究了烤烟主要生物碱含量在不同基因型烤烟及其F1代之间的变异、杂种优势、亲子相关及与感官质量的关系。结果表明,生物碱含量在亲本和F1代之间存在广泛变异,且亲本的总植物碱、烟碱和降烟碱含量高于F1代组合。烤烟F1组合的生物碱含量均高于中亲值和低亲值,且新烟碱和去氢新烟碱与低亲值的差异达到了显著水平。烤烟主要生物碱含量均表现为正向中亲优势,超亲优势多表现为负向。F1代生物碱含量与感官评吸指标的相关性较亲本有所加强。把感官质量指标划分为四类,亲本生物碱含量与烟气特性达到显著水平,F1代生物碱含量与香气特性、烟气特性、口感特性的相关多达到显著或极显著水平。 On the basis of the determination of alkaloid contents in parents and F1 generation of 14 flue-cured tobacco samples,the variation,heterosis,parent-offspring correlation of the alkaloid content and its relationship with sensory quality among different genotypes and F1 generation were studied.The results showed that there were extensive variation of alkaloid contents between parents and F1 generation,and the contents of total alkaloid,nicotine,nornicotine in parents were higher than that in F1 generation.The contents of alkaloid in F1 generation of flue-cured tobacco were higher than mid-parent value and low-parent value,and the contents of anatasine and anatabine were significantly higher than their low-parent value.The main alkaloids showed positive heterosis over mid-parent value,and negative heterosis over high-parent value.The correlation of sensory evaluation index with F1 generation was closer than their parents.The contents of alkaloid of parents and smoke characteristics weresignificant correlationship,the aroma characteristics,smoke characteristics,mouthfeel characteristics with the contents of alkaloid of F1 generation had significant or high significant correlationship.
