3种植物生长调节剂对铁皮石斛种苗生长的影响

Effect of 3 Plant Growth Regulators on Seedling Growth of Dendrobium officinale

以石斛种子为材料,研究3种植物生长调节剂6-BA、NAA、IBA对铁皮石斛种苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂的种类和浓度对铁皮石斛种苗的繁殖、生长速度影响差异显著。3种植物生长调节剂对石斛种子分化时间影响的顺序是NAA>6-BA>IBA,对石斛不定芽生长影响的顺序是IBA>6-BA>NAA。NAA浓度为0.5 mg/L,IBA浓度为0.3 mg/L时种胚的分化和种苗生长都较好。在培养前期,添加1 mg/L的6-BA有利于种胚分化。

The effects of plant growth regulator 6-BA,NAA,IBA on Dendrobium officinale seedling growth and development were studied.The results showed that the significant effects of the type and concentration of plant growth regulators on the propagation and growth rate of Dendrobium officinale seedlings were observed.The effect order of 3 plant growth regulators on the seed differentiation time was NAA 6-BA IBA,and on the growth of Dendrobium officinale adventitious buds was IBA 6-BA NAA.When NAA concentration was 0.5 mg/L,IBA concentration was 0.3 mg/L,the embryo differentiation and seedling growth were good.In the early culture,adding the 6-BA 1 mg/L was conducive to embryo differentiation.
