摘要
针对紫甘薯京薯6号生产现状,应用植物茎尖分生组织脱毒培养技术,对紫甘薯京薯6号脱毒苗的生产进行研究。结果显示,茎尖分生组织在添加0.75 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA的MS培养基上可诱导得到无毒苗,出芽率达到100%,出芽平均时间为28d,脱毒率达到95%。以紫甘薯京薯6号脱毒苗茎节为材料,在MS培养基中培养20~25 d可以获得无毒快繁苗,繁殖系数为5~6倍。
Based on its production situation of purple sweet potatoes Jingchu-6,some stem tips were used to induce virus-free seedlings by tissue culture in MS culture medium containing different 6-BA/NAA ratios.The results showed that the induction rate of the virus-free seedlings from the meristems of purple sweet potatoes Jinchu-6 reached 100 percent in MS medium containing 0.75 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA with a mean seedling time of 28 days,and the average rate of virus elimination was up to 95 percent.The reproductive cycle of the virus-free seedlings of purple sweet potatoes Jingchu-6 was within 20-25 days in the MS medium mentioned above,and its reproductive coefficient could reach 5-6 times.
