摘要 现有的RS-485总线已无法满足矿井安监系统对数据通信的要求,为保证监测系统的通信质量,提出了基于CAN总线的矿井安全监测系统,详细地描述了系统的构成、软硬件设计以及抗干扰措施,给出了CAN通信节点的硬件接口电路。实践证明该系统能够在矿井下面长期可靠运行。 At present the RS-485 field bus cannot meet the requests of the coal-mine safety monitoring system’s correspondence.To ensure the communication quality of the monitoring system,a coal-mine safety monitoring system based on CAN bus is proposed.This paper has described the composition of the system,the software and hardware design and anti-interference measures in detail.The hardware interface circuit of the CAN communication node is also given in this paper.Practice has proved that the system can run reliably for a long time under the colliery.
