摘要
本文以具有代表性的SAMSUNG公司的TFT液晶显示模块LTA104S1为例,讨论如何在FPGA中构建TFT-LCD的显示驱动。本设计以Altera公司的DE2开发平台为基础,采用LTA104S1为扩展模块。利用QuartusⅡ和NIOSⅡ为工具,对TFT-LCD进行驱动。由DE2开发板产生RGB数据信号,行频信号,场频信号和时钟信号。通过DS90CF363专用芯片转化为差分信号进行传输。LTA140S1自带的内部解码芯片DS90CF364A解压为初始数据信号,从而实现对TFT-LCD的驱动。
Based on the example of representative SAMSUNG Corporation’s TFT liquid crystal display module LTA104S1,discusses how to construct the demonstration actuation of TFT-LCD in FPGA.This design takes Altera Corporation’s DE2 developing platform as a foundation and applies LTA104S1 as the expansion module.Using Quartus II and NIOS II as the tools to carry on the actuation of TFT-LCD,this design has the RGB data signal,the line frequency signal,the field repetition rate signal and the clock signal,which is produced by the DE2 developing board.Carrying on the transmission through the DS90CF363 special-purpose chip transferring to the difference signal,this design decompresses for initial datum signal by LTA140S1 internal decoding chip DS90CF364A,thus completing the actuation of TFT-LCD.
