摘要 对330MW汽轮机高压外缸缸体"人"字形裂纹的产生原因进行了分析。结合现场条件和母材焊接性分析,制定了镍基合金冷焊的修复工艺,并对裂纹进行了挖补修复。修复后对补焊处及临近区域进行了无损检验,并合缸检验中分面尺寸,结果表明无超标缺陷且装配尺寸合格。 The reason of herringbone cracking in high pressure outer cylinder of 330MW steam turbine was analyzed. Based on the field condition and weldability of base metal, the repair technology with cold welding using nickel-base alloy welding consumables was made, then the defect was repaired following the technology after the cracking was removed by excavation. The defects and assembly dimension were up to relevant standards by nondestructive test and dimension check after welding.
