摘要
针对油轮在渤海油田某区块两种系泊方案,从力学角度、技术可行性、成本等几个方面进行比较分析计算,并对系泊方案给出了计算模型,特别是通过系泊力试验以及程序分析,最终"桩锚+浮筒"这一方案以其相对简单的安装工艺、较低的成本以及应用于渤海油田该区块较好的安全性而被采纳。
The two mooring projects of oil tanker in Bohai Oilfield Section are analyzed and calculated through mechanics,technology feasibility, cost, etc. It sets up a calculation model for the projects. Especially through the mooring force test and program analysis ,the "Piled anchor+buoy" project is adopted due to its simpler installation, lower cost and better safety for the application in the Bohai Oilfield Section.
