摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,提高辅导员工作的积极性和创造性,直接关系到高校思想政治教育工作的成效。本文基于赫茨伯格双因素理论分析了当前高校辅导员激励机制存在的不足,探讨了双因素理论在高校辅导员激励机制中的应用途径,提出了从保健因素和激励因素两方面构建高校辅导员的有效激励方式。
College counselors are of vital importance in university students' ideological and political education.It has a direct effect on the efficiency of political and ideological education in colleges as to boost their working enthusiasm and creativity.Based on Herzberg's Two-factor Theory,the paper first analyzes the disadvantages of present incentive mechanism for college counselors,then explores the application approaches of this theory,and finally proposes specific methods from both perspectives of hygiene factors and motivation factors in incentive mechanism for college counselors.
