摘要
近二十年来,我国高校学生管理工作逐渐引入"学生事务管理"思想,并在基本概念、功能定位、要素构成、运行模式等方面展开了持续的理论探讨,取得了一系列研究成果。本文对这些成果进行了述评。
The concept of ＂student affair administration＂ has been gradually introduced in Chinese college student management in the past twenty years.Theoretical discussions and great achievements have been made with regards to basic concepts,functional orientations,element constructions,as well as operation modes.This paper means to give a critical comment to relevant research results.
