摘要
本文首先对承销商职能进行了讨论,在此基础上,用博弈模型分析了承销商声誉的运行机制,得出了声誉机制已成为承销商信息生产准确性的重要保证的结论。
This paper first discussed the functions of underwriters. On this basis, the paper analyzed the operating mechanism of underwriter reputation with the game model. The paper concluded that reputation mechanism can make sure that underwriters will produce accurate information accordingly solve the "credibility problem".
