对中小企业债券发行问题的思考

中小企业债券是证券市场的重要组成部分。然而,由于目前我国债券相关立法不完善,发行门槛过高,交易市场单一,信用评级和信用担保体系不健全等原因,实际上剥夺了大部分中小企业发行债券的机会,本文针对江山市中小企业债券发行情况,提出中小企业债券发行相关建议。

Corporate bond issued by small and medium-sized enterprises is a main component of the financial marker. However, because of the imperfect legislation, overhigh issue standard, single trade market and unsound system of credit rating and credit guarantee, the opportunities of issuing bond are deprived from most small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper combined with the practical in Jiangshan City, advices are proposed to small and medium-sized enterprises issuing bond.
