NOTES——一种内镜手术新的选择 被引量：10

摘要 更小的创伤、更快的恢复一直是医学实践中医师的追求。随着医学科学的进步,内镜医师和外科医师已经应用软式内镜开展了多种腔内治疗性内镜技术,如内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开（EST）、内镜下黏膜切除术（EMR）、内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）及息肉套扎术。NOTES（natural orifice translumenalendoscopic surgery）则为这一追求提供了新的选择。
