解决中小企业融资难题的多尺度视角分析——基于创业板融资方式的探讨

中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量。后金融危机时期,我国中小企业融资难度加大,企业发展面临困难。虽然我国已经推出创业板,并取得了一定的成果,但中小企业利用创业板直接融资的能力还有待提高,创业板的相关制度还有待完善。我国中小企业融资难是很多因素共同作用的结果,例如,企业自身综合素质低,融资渠道单一,创业板体制不健全,社会服务机构缺少。虽然创业板的推出给出了一条直接融资的路径,但如何利用创业板解决中小企业融资问题又是一道难题。

Small and medium sized enterprises is important strength of Chinese national econom ic and social development. After the financial crisis period, Chinese SME financing are more difficul ty, the development of enterprise is facing difficulties. Although China has launched the GEM, and has obtained some achievements, but the ability of small and medium sized enterprise using GEM fi nancing needs to be improved, and the relevant system of GEM remain to be improved. This paper thinks that the difficulty of SME financing is the consequence of the interaction between many factors, such as, the enterprisers comprehensive quality is low, the constraint of Banking institutions policy, the lack of social service organizations. The launch of the GEM giving a direct financing path, so how to use GEM to solve SME financing problems appears particularly important.
