皖江城市带全要素生产率增长及收敛性分析 被引量:2

摘要 使用1991-2008年皖江城市带10个城市的数据,运用数据包络分析的方法测算了曼奎斯特生产率指数,分析了各城市的全要素生产率(TFP)增长趋势,并对经济增长趋同进行了定量分析。得出结论为:90年代以来皖江城市带TFP年均增长率为9.5%,比全省平均水平高0.3个百分点。全要素生产率的结构分析表明技术效率是皖江城市带TFP增长的主要动力,即各城市普遍存在着对发达地区的追赶效应,其中合肥和芜湖两城市技术创新能力最强。对经济增长趋同性分析表明,技术进步对经济增长有发散作用,而技术效率对经济增长有收敛作用。 Based on 10 cities' data from 1991 to 2008 of,the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui,this paper applies the method of data envelopment analysis to the measurement of the Malmquist Productivity Index and analyzes the growth trend of each city's total factor productivity(TFP) and the convergence of the economic growth.The conclusion is: since the 1990s the TFP ofthe city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui is 9.5%,which is 0.3% higher than the average level of Anhui province.The analysis of the total factor productivity structure shows that technical efficiency is the key driver of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui's TFP,which explains that each country has the catching up effect and that the innovation ability of Hefei and Wuhu are the strongest.The analysis of the economic growth convergence shows that technological progress on economic growth plays a divergent role while the technical efficiency has caused the convergence of the economic growth.
