摘要
学分制是衡量学生学习量和毕业标准的方法,学分制条件下本科生导师制是一种新型教育管理体制。综合性大学中的医学院保留原有鲜明的学科特色,但医学本科生实施学分制尚处起步阶段,应借鉴国内外理工科院校学分制条件下导师制教学法的成功经验,以期提升我国医学院校本科生的综合素质。
As credit system is the method to evaluate the amount of students' learning and graduation standard,undergraduates' tutorial system under credit system is a new type of education management system.Though the distinct features of medicine schools are reserved in the comprehensive universities,the implementation of credit system of medical undergraduates is still in the beginning stage.Therefore,the successful experience of undergraduates tutor system and credit system of science and engineering institutes at home and abroad can be referred to in order to improve the overall quality of undergraduates in our medical universities and colleges.
