壳聚糖盐酸左氧氟沙星微球的制备和急性毒性研究

Preparation of LVFX-loaded chitosan microsphere and research on acute toxicity

以壳聚糖为载体、盐酸左氧氟沙星为目标药物,采用乳液聚合法制备出壳聚糖盐酸左氧氟沙星载药微球;考察了载药微球的体外释放性能并将该载药微球进行小鼠灌胃给药研究.结果表明:该制备方法简单可行,且小鼠急性毒性较低.

Using levofloxacin as objective drug and chitosan as carrier, the LVFX- loaded chitosan microsphere was prepared through emulsification polymerization. The drug releasing property of LVFX - loaded microsphere and the rats experiment by gastric irrigation were investigated. The results showed that the preparation was simple and reasonable, and the acute toxicity was low.
