摘要
由于纳米微粒的小尺寸效应、表面效应、量子尺寸效应和宏观量子隧道效应等使得它们在磁、光、电、敏感等方面呈现常规材料不具备的特性,因此其在磁性材料、光学材料、电子材料以及高致密度材料的烧结、传感、催化、陶瓷增韧等方面有广阔的应用前景,目前研究者颇多.本文主要从纳米材料制备与表征的方法以及纳米材料的应用方面总结了近几年来纳米材料的研究进展.
Due to small size effect, surface effect,quanta size effect and the macroscopical quanta effect of nanoparticles having the characteristic which conventional material have not in magnetism, optics, electricity and sensitivity, etc, the nanoparticles will have a broad application prospects in the sintering, sensing,catalysis, ceramic toughening of the magnetic materials, optical materials, electronic materials and high density materials, and there are many research on nanomaterial at present. The recent developments in the research on nanomaterial, especially, preparation and characterization of nanomaterial and application of nanomaterial reviewed in this paper.
