Determination of trace metals in red wine by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 采用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红酒中的微量金属元素钙、铁的含量,样品的处理采用微波消解法,钙、铁的吸光度与浓度之间呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9982,0.9992,用该法样品加标回收率在95%与105%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法操作简便、快捷. The method for determination of trace metals such as calcium and iron in red wine with air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry is simple and fast. Samples were dealed with microwave digestion method,the absorption of calcium and their concentration showed a linear relationship. Respectively, their linear correlation coefficients were 0. 9982, 0. 9992. The relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recovery was from 95% to 105%.
