醒脑静对心肺复苏后脑保护的临床研究

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF XINGNAOJING INJECTION ON BRAIN PROTECTION AFTER CPR

目的观察醒脑静对心肺复苏后血浆TNF-α,S100β浓度变化的影响。方法选取经过积极有效的心肺复苏能够恢复自主循环的心脏停搏的患者60例为观察对象,随机分为常规治疗对照组和醒脑静治疗组,在自主循环恢复后0.5h、2h、12h、24h取血标本,采用ELISA的方法测定血浆TNF-α、S-100β蛋白的水平。结果与各自T1相比,两组患者血浆TNF-α,S100β的浓度在T2、T3、T4明显升高(p<0.05),与A组相比,B组TNF-α、S100β浓度在T2、T3、T4时明显降低(p<0.05)。结论醒脑静可降低心肺复苏患者的TNF-α、S100β的浓度,有一定的脑保护作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing injection on TNF -α and S100β levels change after CPR. Methods Sixty patients were randomly assigned to control group and Xingnaojing group. We ob- talned serum S100β protein and TNF - α levels of the patients at admission time. Results The concentration of TNF - α and S100β elevated dramatically at T2, T3, T4 in both groups （p 〈0. 05 ）. The concentration of TNF - α and S10013 at T2, T3, T4 in group A were higher than that at the corresponding time point in group B（p 〈0. 05）. Condusion Xingnaojing can improve neurological function and decrease the concentration of TNF -α and S100β
