摘要
目的探索在护生的临床实习中以带教老师和实习护生互为主体的互动式教学模式的应用,对实习效果进行评价。方法将在普通外科实习的116名护生随机分为两组。实验组56人,采用双主体互动式教学模式进行带教;对照组60人,采用传统方式进行带教。结果实验组出科时专科理论考试和操作考核成绩明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论在护生的专科带教中,采用双主体互动式教学模式进行带教,可以显著提高实习护生对专科理论知识和技能的掌握。
Objective Explore the clinical practice of nursing students to take education teacher and the student nurse intersubjectivity interactive teaching model, evaluate the effect of the practice. Methods Internship in general surgery of 116 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group of 56 people, double the principal mode of teaching with interactive teaching; control group of 60 people, the traditional way of teaching for.
