摘要
简要介绍视频监控技术的发展历程,结合分析城市轨道交通视频监控系统技术的特点。以此为基础,从高铁视频监控用户需求分析和建设难点等方面内容重点阐述建设高铁网络视频监控系统的规划构想。
The development of video monitoring technologies is introduced combining with the analysis of characteristics of video monitoring technologies for urban rail transit. The plan of constructing the video monitoring system for high-speed railways is elaborated from user requirement analysis and construction problems of the video monitoring system for high-speed railways.
