高校辅导员专业化研究之综述

College Counselors' Work Specialization

高校辅导员专业化是高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势。文章运用文献资料法、统计分析法对近十年来高校辅导员专业化研究的理论成果进行全面梳理,分别从高校辅导员专业化的必然性研究、现状研究、建设路径研究中级取了高校辅导员专业化发展的意义、内涵、现状与对策。通过对高校辅导员专业化研究的综合述评,提出该研究中尚存的问题,给出建议,以期为研究高校辅导员专业化问题及高校辅导员的专业化建设提供借鉴。

Nowadays,the specialization of college counselors has become an inevitable trend.By using document-data method and statistical analysis method,this paper comprehensively discusses the theoretical achievements of college counselor specialization over the past decade.The significance,connotation,current situation and countermeasure of the specialization of college counselors are derived from the research if its inevitability,current situation and building path.The existing problems in the research of college counselors＇ specialization are posed through comprehensive analyzing and the suggestions are also given as the reference for the relative researches.
