摘要
本文通过典型案例分析了船员对《1972年国际海上避踫规则》相关条款的理解和应用,以及环境因素、船员素质等对船舶雾航安全的影响,提出了减少雾航事故的对策。
Based on the typical cases,this paper analyses the crew＇s comprehension and application of the relevant clauses of the international regulations for preventing collisions,the influences of environmental factors and crew＇s quality upon the safe fog navigation.Then some countermeasures to reduce fog navigation accidents are put forward.
