摘要
随着"智能电网"概念的提出以及研究的不断深入,传统的电网调度面临着挑战,建立安全、可靠、高效、经济的智能电网调度决策支持系统成为了大势所趋。分析了传统调度体系的局限性,为调度决策支持系统构建了多智能体型的体系结构,阐述了多智能体系统的基本构成及工作原理,构建了智能电网下调度决策支持系统的基本框架,重点介绍了智能电网调度决策支持系统的概念和各功能模块的基本功能。
With the rising of smart grid concept,traditional power dispatching techniques are facing challenges.Thus,it is an inevitable trend to establish a secure,reliable and economic power dispatching decision support system.This paper analyzes the limits of traditional dispatching systems,constructs the dispatching decision support system with a multi-agent type architecture, describes the structure and operating principle of multi-agent system,builds the framework of the multi-agent power dispatching decision support system within the smart grid.The focus is on the concept of the multi-agent power dispatching decision support system and the functions of each smart module.
