摘要
根据国家电网公司"三集五大"工作需要和陕西省电力公司对地市供电企业机构设置等要求,按照现代人力资源目标管理的有关理论,结合榆林供电公司快速发展和人员结构性短缺现状,从机构设置、薪酬激励、劳动用工等方面入手,研究建立了适应供电企业快速发展需要的人力资源保证体系,有效缓解了供电企业结构性缺员问题,保障了供电企业各项工作的顺利开展。
In accordance with working requirement of State Grid Corporation Shaanxi Electric Power Company,as per the related theory of modern labor resources target management,combined with the rapid development staff shortage of Yulin Power Supply Company,started from structure set,salary excitation,labor employment,the labor resources ensurance system which is suitable to the rapid development of company is set up,and effectively relieves structive staff shortage,ensures the rapid and good operation of company.
