2010年青岛市崂山区部分山泉水微生物指标检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]了解山泉水的卫生状况,防止介水传染病的传播与流行。[方法]2010年7~8月,采集崂山区部分山泉水进行微生物指标检测。[结果]检测山泉水54份,全部微生物指标均合格的11份,合格率为20.37%。其中,浮山、金家岭山山泉水合格率为25.00%,崂山游览区山泉水合格率为27.78%,崂山北宅、沙子口社区生活饮用水(山泉水)的水源地水样合格率为14.29%。54份水样中,细菌总数合格率为51.85%,总大肠菌群合格率为27.78%,耐热大肠菌群合格率为44.44%,致泻性大肠埃希菌合格率为100.00%。[结论]崂山山泉水受到一定程度的微生物污染,不宜直接饮用。 Objective To study the sanitary condition of natural spring water in Laoshan district, Qingdao city. so as to prevent and control the water-borne communicable diseases. Methods In 2010, samples of natural spring water in Laoshan district were collected randomly, and tested for microorganisms. Results]Of 54 samples tested, 11 were qualified in all microbial indicators, with a passing rate of 20. 37 %. Fushan and Jinjialing had a qualified rate of 25%. The qualified rate of the spring water was 27.78% in the scenic area of Laoshan. The qualified rate of the drinking water( spring water) in Beizhai and Shazikou communities was 14.29% ,that of the total bacterial count and total coleforms was 51.85% and 27.78% rcspcctively. Thermotolerant coliforms wcrc not found in 44.44% water samples. Diarrheogenic Eschcrichia coli was not found in all water samples. [Conelusion]It is not suitablc to drink the spring water directly. for it is polluted by microorganisms to a certain extent.
