昆山市男男性行为人群HIV/梅毒感染及艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查

Syphilis/HIV Infections and KAP Status among MSM in Kunshan City

[目的]分析昆山市男男性行为者(MSM)艾滋病病毒/梅毒感染状况及艾滋病知识、态度、行为特征,为制定有效的干预策略提供依据。[方法]2009年10月至2010年1月,采用同伴推动抽样法(RDS)在昆山MSM人群中进行问卷调查,并进行HIV和梅毒血清学检测。[结果]调查300人,HIV和梅毒的感染率分别为5.33%、25.00%。艾滋病防治知识知晓率为73.33%,其中艾滋病传播途径的知晓率为82.33%,非传播途径的知晓率为62.00%(P<0.01)。最近1个月与男性伴性行为时均使用安全套的占28.00%,最近1次与男性伴性行为时使用安全套的占43.00%。希望获得艾滋病防治知识途径,是"专家讲座"的占55.67%,"宣传材料"占54.00%,"互联网"占53.33%。91.00%的人表示应该同情和关心HIV感染者和艾滋病病人。[结论]昆山市MSM人群STD/HIV感染率较高,艾滋病防治知识较为缺乏,高危行为普遍存在。

[Objective]To explore the current status of HIV/Syphilis infections and AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） among men who have sex with men（MSM） in KunShan,so as to provide basis for more effective intervention strategy.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted by Respondent-driven sampling（RDS） among MSM in Kunshan,and meanwhile HIV and syphilis serological testing was conducted from October 2009 to January 2010.[Results]Among 300 MSM,with an HIV infection rate of 5.33% and a syphilis infection rate of 25.00%.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 73.33%,of which the awareness of transmitted rate and non-transmitted rate was 82.33% and 62.00% respectively（P0.01）.The proportion of consistent condom-using each time while with male partners in the last month was 28.00%,and 43.00% in the last time among MSM.The way willing to receive AIDS related knowledge among MSM were expert lecture accounted for 55.67%;the publicity material accounted for 54.00%;the Internet accounted for 53.33%.91.00% of people said to show pity and concern for HIV infected persons and AIDS patients.[Conclusion]A high HIV/ Syphilis infection rate is observed among MSM with limited HIV/AIDS awareness and high risk behaviors.
