2004～2005年三门峡市饮水型地方性氟中毒病情普查分析

Census Analysis on the Potable Water Endemic Fluorine Poisoning in Sanmenxia City,2004-2005

[目的]全面掌握三门峡市地方性氟中毒的病情及分布情况,为氟病防治提供可靠的依据。[方法]对2004～2005年三门峡市各县(市、区)饮用水水氟测定和超标自然村8～12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况普查资料进行分析。[结果]调查全市5 691个自然村的13 053份饮用水,22个乡镇有高氟水源,188个高氟自然村,77个病区自然村。调查188个水氟超标自然村8～12岁儿童4 837名,检出氟斑牙患者1 481人,氟斑牙检出率为30.62%,氟斑牙指数为0.529。[结论]三门峡市为地方性氟中毒病区,陕县、灵宝市和湖滨区是防治工作的重点。

[Objective]To grasp the endemic fluorosis poisoning condition and distribution situation in Sanmenxia city,so as to provides the reliable basis for the fluorosis prevention.[Methods]Census data were analyzed on fluorine measured and cases of dental fluorosis among children aged 8 to 12 from excessive drinking water fluoride villages of counties（cities,districts） in Sanmenxia city,2004-2005.[Results]In 13 053 drinking water samples investigates of 5 691 natural villages,22 townships had high fluorine water sources,188 high fluorine villages,77 endemic villages.4 837children aged 8-12 year-old from 188 high fluorine villages fluorotic teeth patients in 1 481,the fluorotic teeth detection rate was 30.62%,the fluorotic teeth index was 0.532.[Conclusion]Sanmenxia city is endemic fluorine poisoning area;Shan county,Lingbao city and Hubin district are the focus prevention areas.
