摘要
[目的]调查1起猪肝引起盐酸克伦特罗中毒的情况。[方法]对猪肝中盐酸克伦特罗采用GB/T 5009.192-2003第一法《气相色谱-质谱内标法》进行分析测定。[结果]在猪肝中检出盐酸克伦特罗,含量为231μg/kg,中毒症状与食用猪肝量有关。[结论]这是1起由盐酸克伦特罗引起的中毒。
[Objective]To investigation a food poising of clenbuterol in pork liver.[Methods]Clenbuterol in pork liver was determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry（GC/MS） with internal standard method according to GB/T 5009.192-2003.[Results]Clenbuterol was detected in pork liver.The concentration of clenbuterol in pork liver was 231 μg/kg.The symptom of food poisoning was related to the eating capacity of pork liver.[Conclusion]This food poising is caused by clenbuterol.
